WHAT’S UP: We’re into Match Day Nine of the 2020 season, and as we open September and with the Revolution still looking for that first win at home this year, they welcome the last team they beat on the Plastic Pasture. Yup, NYCFC has come.

30′ Big header by Kessler to win the goal kick, he gets it to Bunbury, his shot is blocked and it goes over for a corner.

Sloppy early, but they came through a little better in the middle of the half. Shooting, not crisp. They are creative in the attacking third, but not connecting. Matt Turner keeping the Revs in this game.

As we mentioned in Mid-Week Kick, we’re expecting heavy rotation in the XI for New England tonight.
Four out of the last five meetings with NYCFC have seen a positive result, with two wins and two draws. Overall, the Revs have a 6-4-3 advantage against the Pigeons, with a 4-1-1 record at The Razor.
James Sands for NYCFC is on YELLOW CARD WATCH. A yellow card tonight will see Sands sit out the next match.
NYCFC is allowing a goal a game minimum, so we’re expecting at least one from the Revs tonight.
Diego Fagundez may make his 250th appearance of his 10-year professional career tonight.
Kekuta Manneh may make his Revs debut. His next appearance is appearance No. 150 of his MLS career.
If Kelyn Rowe starts, it will be start No. 175 of his MLS career.
Sebastian Ibeagha and Gedion Zelalem are not medically cleared to play for NYCFC.
